Edward A. Kepka, 53, of Skidmore, Mo., and formerly of Glen Ellyn and Lombard, died Wednesday, Dec. 27, in an automobile accident in DeKalb County, Ill. Born in Oak Park, Mr. Kepka was a maintenance worker for Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Mo. Mr. Kepka served in the Army during the Vietnam War, was a member of VietNow and had moved to Missouri seven years ago. Mr. Kepka is survived by his wife, Karen; four daughters, Lorry Exstrom, Kelly Hamel, Heather Llewellyn and Jennifer; his parents, Edward and Alta; and four grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday in Brust Funeral Home, 135 S. Main St., Lombard, where services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday.
