Comment: "I'm still retired (RN) and living in a small town of 500 people in Southern Illinois 30 miles north of SIU, and 71 miles of Paducah KY. Life here is interesting at best. Roads are 55 mph, 2 divided lanes and almost no traffic. In fact 2 cars at a stop sign is a traffic jam. No one here knows about Dominicks, Jewel or Butera, nor do they care. The Walmart, and local ma and pa store seem to suffice for all they need"
